Description:

As a member of the Canadian Business Unit, the Supervisor - Data Van, Fracturing Services will report directly to the Supervisor, Fracturing Services. This position is available at our Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat, and Red Deer locations. The Supervisor - Data Van is accountable for complying with all relevant company policy and regulations related to HS&E (Health, Safety and Environment) and running all software, including SMARTS, HP Data Taker and CFPD, to complete a successful treatment. In this capacity, the Supervisor - Data Van is responsible for monitoring and recording a job for accuracy and quality, ensuring the functionality and calibration of all devices, and that electronics on Blender and Chem Van match Data Van readouts.

General Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record job data with an emphasis on the accuracy and quality of results
• Certify that the electronics on Blender and Chem Vans, match Data Van readouts
• Keep all devices working and calibrated
• Ensure all relative paper work is kept current and up to date (i.e. Donometers, pre/post trip inspections, logbooks, job logs, post job logs)
• Assist with rigging-in and other functions at the job site as required
• Retain and charge radios and ensure all are accounted for
• Train new employees and watch over their early career development

Qualifications:

• An Engineering degree with at least three years of related experience
• Applicable operational training and experience in Fracturing Services or oilfield services
• Class 1 driver's license
• Certificates in First Aid, H2S Alive, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHMIS), Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG), Hours of Service, Fatigue Management, General Oilfield Driver Improvement, and Heavy Haulers are considered an asset
• Familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
