Description:

As a member of the Canadian Business Unit, the Supervisor, Fracturing Services will report directly to the District Service Line Manager, Fracturing Services. This position is available at our Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat and Red Deer locations. The Supervisor is accountable for the welfare and operational excellence of their crew and equipment maintenance and repair. In this capacity, the Supervisor is accountable for complying with all relevant company policy and regulations related to HS&E (Health, Safety and Environment), promoting teamwork, seeking out opportunities and process to improve performance, and ensuring all paperwork is current.

General Responsibilities:

• Supervise a crew ranging in size from 8-50 people
• Provide safety leadership for the crew
• Conduct pre-job planning, including routes, accommodations, hours of service, material and equipment
• Communicate effectively with management, client and crew in the planning, coordination and execution of Sanjel service
• Review treatment programs to ensure they include the proper functions, are error-free and are within the capability of the crew and equipment
• Plan and coordinate service rig in
• Evaluate execution requirements specific to the treatment
• Inspect all personnel, equipment, and rig in to ensure they meet Sanjel and customer requirements
• Lead the crew through the successful execution of the designed treatment.
• Complete and submits all required paperwork from invoices to treatment reports

Qualifications:

• Intimate knowledge of the Fracturing equipment capabilities and specifications
• 2 years' experience as a Datavan Operator or Crew Cabber
• Class 5 driver's license (Class 1 would be considered an asset)
• Certificates in First Aid, H2S Alive, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHMIS), Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG), Hours of Service, Fatigue Management, General Oilfield Driver Improvement, and Heavy Haulers are considered an asset
