Supported by our proprietary acidizing blends, our advanced pumping equipment provides Sanjel customers with innovative, robust acid packages developed to satisfy virtually every application and deliver an effective treatment every time.

Sanjel's equipment is designed for use throughout the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin and extreme northern environments. Our customized acid package designs range from simple scale removal to large volume acid fracturing to acid/solvent blends in hostile environments such as sour well and high temperature conditions.

Cementing

A decade of being the largest cementing services company in Canada requires proactive solutions and consistent performance. With breakthrough equipment design and application, Sanjel provides energy producers effective cutting-edge equipment that consistently deliver solid field performance for all cementing applications.

Our extensive operational experience in the different environments of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin and extreme northern environments is a key component to the quality pumping services we provide. Our operational capabilities range from shallow gas projects; to thermal cementing; to extended reach horizontal wells; to hot, sour, critical wells at depths greater than 4877 m (16000 ft).

Additionally our equipment can be adapted and used for other non-oilfield operations, such as mining and road construction.

Coiled Tubing

Sanjel's fleet of in-house designed and manufactured Coiled Tubing equipment offers a wide range of applications - each one effective, reliable and economical:

Sanjel's conventional and intermediate equipment incorporate the latest in advanced equipment technology and operating control techniques. Each coiled tubing unit provides real-time data acquisition to accurately capture the job information needed to perform every treatment with precision. A wide range of tubing sizes and depth capabilities, ranging from 25.4 to 73 mm (1 to 2.875 in) tubing with the ability to run up to 6500 m (21,325 ft) of 60.3 mm (2.37 in) coiled tubing. Sanjel offers effective solutions for completing and servicing the deepest and most challenging horizontal wells in Canada's shale gas plays.

Fracturing

Sanjel's fracturing spreads is one of the youngest in the industry and operates at the leading edge of oilfield fracturing service innovation and technical advancement. Our custom-built equipment is designed to be used with our own broad base of proprietary fracturing fluids that have proved to effectively optimize well production.

Sanjel's fracturing spreads provide the utmost in efficiency and power. Total combined available hydraulic horsepower in North America is over 450,000 hp and all pumping units possess a high horsepower to weight ratio with minimized environmental emissions. Our state-of-the-art equipment and technology includes:

• High rate blenders designed for pad fracturing operations;
• Proprietary Programmable Logic Control box for networking up to 32 units together;
• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) used to locally or remotely monitor process and equipment variables such as, line velocity and pressure;
• Chemical addition units and hydration units featuring electronically controlled measuring systems providing the accuracy needed for "on-the-fly" mixing systems; and
• Advanced tubless mixing system, specifically designed for superior density control and consistent proppant mixing.

Nitrogen

Sanjel has assembled one of the largest and world-class nitrogen fleets in Canada, designed for servicing virtually any Nitrogen application. Our advanced spread incorporates a combination of low, intermediate, and high rate units, and one of the largest fleets of Ultra High Rate Quinteplex Units. These ultra-high-rate units boast the highest rate and pressure capabilities in the industry, and combined with our other units, set the standard for delivering unchallenged field performance in nitrogen applications.

Our operational capabilities range from stand-alone Nitrogen services such as freeing stuck drill pipe and unloading or cleaning out well bores, to supplying our Coiled Tubing, Fracturing and Pumping service lines with the essential gaseous component needed for positive results in various applications.
