Sanjel International Saudi Arabia Ltd.

A joint venture partnership between Industrialization and Energy Services Company (TAQA) and Sanjel International Saudi Arabia Limited (SISAL) was formed in June 2011.

Prior to this joint venture, SISAL has been offering cementing operations in Saudi Arabia since 2009. Now with the newly formed partnership SISAL will be expanding and adding additional specialized oilfield services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SISAL’s current operations are supported by the Company's main operations base located in Al-Khobar, encompassing a maintenance facility, field laboratory, warehouse and operations center. Two additional field operations bases are planned to support SISAL's expansion and the addition of several new specialized oilfield services.

In 2012, SISAL will begin introducing several new specialized oilfield services including coiled tubing, nitrogen, stimulation, hydraulic fracturing and completion products for both onshore and offshore producers.

Oilfield Services LLC (Emjel)

A joint venture partnership between EMDAD LLC and Sanjel International Operations Ltd.  was formed in 2006 to provide clients in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar with five lines of specialized energy services - Acidizing, Cementing, Coiled Tubing, Fracturing and Nitrogen.

Emjel has complete access to Sanjel's broad range of specialized products and custom-designed and manufactured equipment, providing energy producers research-driven solutions that are purpose-built for their specific well conditions and situations.
