Cementing Equipment and Products

Sanjel's custom designed and built cementing equipment and well treatment systems provide international energy producers consistent performance in their specific region of operations. Our equipment and products have been designed to operate under high pressure and high temperature conditions. To date, Sanjel has cemented wells to a well depth of +- 4,500 m (+- 13,000 ft) − mostly in carbonate and sandstone reservoirs.

• Densified flexible and expandable reservoir cement slurries using latex type gas control additive

• Light-weight and ultra light-weight slurries utilizing microspheres to achieve ultra-low fluid loss and high compressive strength

• Loss circulation plugs − light-weight to heavy-weight density range

Acidizing

Sanjel offers an extensive array of acidizing equipment designed to help our customers realize the full potential of their wells' productive capabilities. Our experience and success achieved throughout our global operations has solidified Sanjel's reputation as a company of choice providing customers with innovative, robust Acidizing packages developed to satisfy virtually every application while delivering the best treatment every time. Our customized acid package designs, using our equipment and products, range from simple scale removal to large volume acid fracturing to acid/solvent blends in hostile environments such as sour well and high temperature conditions.
