Sanjel's equipment is designed for use throughout the US Rocky Mountain regions in many different environments.  Our customized acid package designs, using our equipment and products, range from simple scale removal to large volume acid fracturing to acid/solvent blends in hostile environments such as sour well and high temperature conditions.

Cementing

Sanjel’s cementing equipment provides energy producers with customized cementing solutions that maximizes our clients’ well productivity. Our advanced cementing fleet are designed and manufactured to respond to our customers' individual needs with the highest quality of service and delivering solid field performance in all cementing applications.

Our extensive operational experience in the different environments of the US Rocky Mountain Region is a key component to the quality pumping services we provide. Our operational capabilities range from shallow gas projects in Montana and Wyoming; to hot, sour, critical wells at depths greater than 16000 ft (4877 m) across the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.

Coiled Tubing

Sanjel's own state-of-the-art Coiled Tubing equipment more than meets today's oil and gas producers' demand for customized and economical Coiled Tubing solutions. Our fleet of Coiled Tubing equipment offers a wide range of reliable, efficient and economical applications including, but not limited to:

Sanjel's conventional, intermediate, and high pressure Coiled Tubing units incorporate the latest in advanced equipment technology and operating control techniques. Each unit provides real-time data acquisition (Cerbrus/Orion) to accurately capture job information that is needed to perform every treatment with precision. A wide range of Coiled Tubing sizes and depth capabilities, ranging from 1” to 2 7/8" (25.4 to 73 mm) coil tubing up to 19000 ft (4600 m), are also available to accommodate the different characteristics of each well. With a focus on further development, our experienced engineering and technical personnel continually design and research new, reliable, cost-effective treatments that ensure optimal performance.

Fracturing

Sanjel's Fracturing equipment is one of the youngest and most technically advanced fleets in the industry,  Total combined available hydraulic horsepower in North America is over 450,000 and all pumping units possess a high horsepower to weight ratio with minimized environmental emissions. Our high rate blenders are capable of pumping up to 100 bbl/min; our chemical addition units and hydration units feature electronically controlled measuring systems providing the accuracy needed for "on- the-fly" mixing systems. Sanjel's state-of-the-art tubless mixing system is specifically designed for superior density control and consistent proppant mixing.

Nitrogen

Sanjel has assembled a world-class Nitrogen fleet comprising some of the most technically advanced equipment and applications in the industry. Our in-house custom-designed and manufactured equipment incorporates a combination of low, intermediate, and high-rate units. Operational capabilities range from stand-alone Nitrogen services such as freeing stuck drill pipe and unloading or cleaning out wellbores, to supplying our Coiled Tubing, Fracturing and Cementing service lines with the essential gaseous component necessary for positive results in various applications.
