Sanjel is continually expanding our database of formation-specific crude and condensate characteristics in all areas of operations, allowing us to specifically match additives to individual applications. Using custom designed and manufactured additives, we are able to reduce the waste associated with traditional approaches and ensure consistent success for our treatments. We possess a full range of acid stimulation products including iron control packages, corrosion inhibitors, anti-sludge agents, demulsifiers and many blended compounds that reduce damage caused by the buildup of wax, paraffins and asphaltenes.
Sanjel's research specialists develop new proprietary additives, blends and systems to improve our existing product lines and facilitate well productivity on an ongoing basis. We test crude oil from specific reservoirs with proposed acid blends to identify their optimum performance, and to prevent reservoir damage from sludge or emulsions. Sanjel's Quality Control Technologists test the acid blends on location to ensure quality control before each and every job is pumped.
