Sanjel's fracturing fleet is a leader in advanced equipment technology and application. Custom designed and manufactured at our Fabrication and Maintenance Center, our spreads and low rate combination units provide the utmost in efficiency and power. Total combined hydraulic horsepower of our equipment is over 65,000 (48750 kW), and all pumping units possess a high horsepower to weight ratio with minimized environmental emissions.
Our low rate and high rate blenders (capable of pumping up to 15 m3/min or 100 bbl/min), chemical addition units, and hydration units feature electronically controlled measuring systems providing the accuracy needed for "on the fly" mixing systems. Our state-of-the-art tubless mixing system is specifically designed for superior density control and consistent proppant mixing. In addition, our low rate combination units (Rate Optimized Fracture Length System Unit - ROXfS), provide a unique combination of blender, chemical van, and fracturing pumper in one unit. The ROXfS is capable of reaching extremely low pumping rates while maintaining consistent sand concentrations.
Sanjel uses advanced, industry-leading electronic recording and measurement technology to provide accurate data acquisition needed for job analysis. Sanjel's Treatment and Recording Centers are equipped with real-time satellite and cellular capabilities to facilitate high performance job execution. Internet viewing capabilities are also available and can be relayed to multiple local or international locations to allow for real-time monitoring of fracturing treatments from remote locations. Sanjel's field personnel, technical experts at Head Office, and our customers can simultaneously monitor the progression of each frac and collaboratively make on-the-job changes. This continual cycle of technical communication leads to higher quality job performance and facilitates the direct involvement of our customers in job progression and analysis.
Our full line of specialized fracturing fluids, including surfactant technology, is engineered at Sanjel's full service Technical Center. Research and Development of new fracturing fluids and the development of new fracturing applications is ongoing.
