Sanjel has announced the following appointments within their corporate structure: Ken Berg as Vice President Sales and Engineering, Don Kerr as Sales Manager, Neil Warrender as Manager Chemical Technology, and Joe Holash as Engineering Manager. These appointments will serve to broaden the scope of Sanjel's strategic technical development plan, and further assert Sanjel's reputation as a technical leader in the oilfield service industry. Ken Berg, P.Eng., has over 12 years technical sales and managerial experience with Sanjel Corporation. He has served in Sales Management for the last six years, overseeing Canadian and American sales initiatives. With over 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Berg has worked for both service and production corporations within the oil and gas industry. His experience at Sanjel combined with more than eight years of engineering experience for oil and gas producers brings a comprehensive and unique perspective to the role of Vice President, Engineering and Sales. In this newly created position, Mr. Berg will further integrate Sales and Engineering, taking a lead role in strategic and technology expansion, while maintaining Sanjel's strong relationship-focused Sales team. Don Kerr has over seventeen years experience with Sanjel Corporation, most recently serving as Assistant Sales Manager for the past two years. Prior to his role as Assistant Sales Manager, Mr. Kerr was a part of Sanjel's corporate sales team for five years, working closely with several of Sanjel's long-term customers. Mr. Kerr also brings over thirteen years of operational experience and knowledge to his new role as Sales Manager, having mastered first-hand the scope of Sanjel's service lines, products, and equipment. His field background extends beyond strictly operational roles to include crew management and overseeing day-to-day field operations as District Manager at several of Sanjel's Canadian district offices. Mr. Kerr's sales experience and extensive technical understanding of both field and corporate operations will be instrumental to his role as Sales Manager, as he leads the Sales team to further achievements in providing high quality technical service to customers. Neil Warrender, Ph.D., P.Chem., has served as Manager of Sanjel Corporation's Technical Center for several years, overseeing laboratory equipment and testing processes, research and development, and quality assurance and control. Dr. Warrender earned his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry at the University of London, England, and is an active member of several industry-affiliated organizations, including sitting as a board member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) Foundation. As a professional chemist, he has over twelve years experience working in chemical technology and product development, primarily assuming management roles at various companies and laboratories. As Manager of Chemical Technology, Dr. Warrender's role will provide vision and leadership for the ongoing advancement and sophistication of Sanjel's technical services, products, and processes. Joe Holash, P.Eng., MBA, brings twenty years of industry experience in Western Canada to the newly created role of Engineering Manager. Mr. Holash has extensive front-line leadership and senior management experience in both technical and manufacturing roles within the chemical industry. Mr. Holash's diverse knowledge and past experience include project and capital management, industrial construction, team building, technology expansion, and strategic development across both North and South America. As Engineering Manager, Mr. Holash will lead Sanjel's continuously growing team of Engineers and technical specialists, providing direction, strategy, and support for Sanjel's focus on industry-leading technical advancements.
