Located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Sanjel's world-class Professional Park technical facility encompasses over 165,000 ft2 of customized space, housing three key operating components within Sanjel's international business structure: Our full service Technical Center, Fabrication & Maintenance Center, and corporate Training Center.
Sanjel's Technical Center houses corporate product development and laboratory testing, Quality Control (QC), and Research & Development (R&D). The technical facility incorporates three state-of-the-art laboratories that have been developed and customized for Cementing, Stimulation, and R&D/QC. Each laboratory is equipped with the latest in cutting edge instrumentation and technology to bring about accurate, innovative, and customized solutions to our clients.
The Technical Center provides a wide range of services including:

- Quality Control - Strict protocols for product testing prior to release into general inventory

- State-of-the-art fabrication equipment including welding plasma machines, cutters, and truck lifts
- Advanced Machine Shop (including 2 lathes, milling unit, and equipment to overhaul and maintain all pumps)
- Yard space for equipment storage
- Yard testing facility for all equipment
- Inventory and quality control systems (COSS)
Sanjel's corporate Training Center incorporates industry-leading training tools and instruction for all levels of our organization. Using a variety of teaching methodologies, qualified training professionals provide a broad range of operational and theoretical instruction in all service lines. With the addition of new training systems like our Coiled Tubing Simulator, Sanjel's field personnel are trained using real-world parameters, including emergency and critical scenarios. This training advantage ensures that our personnel are equipped with the knowledge and skills essential to providing unsurpassed field performance.
