Sanjel's new, state-of-the-art CTS-5000 Coiled Tubing Simulator facilitates hands-on training in advanced coiled tubing and well control operations. The multi-faceted training tool, which includes fluid and nitrogen pumping operator controls, is designed for entry level and advanced engineering skills training with the flexibility to be used for either individual or complete crew instruction.
The Coiled Tubing Simulator offers a broad range of customization including the simulation of various operational effects, operational malfunctions, and well control scenarios. With the ability to link the simulator to Sanjel's current coiled tubing engineering model, Sanjel's coiled tubing crews will be trained on real-well parameters and, in particular, emergency and critical scenarios. To ensure a realistic training environment, the CTS-5000 also mimics the consoles and control panels found in a modern coiled tubing cabin.
The Coiled Tubing Simulator will be an integral component of Sanjel's Coiled Tubing Training Program.
