Sanjel will be opening a new 90,000 ft2 state-of-the-art facility, Sanjel Professional Park, in Fall 2005. The new facility will house three key operating components within Sanjel's International business structure, including Sanjel's Technical Center, Fabrication and Maintenance Center, and corporate Training Center. Strategically located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, the Sanjel Professional Park will provide advanced oilfield service support to Sanjel's five service lines and our North American customer base.
Technical Center - Sanjel's 20,000 ft2 state-of-the-art Technical Center will be the largest privately owned oilfield services technical facility in Canada. The new center will incorporate laboratory space and equipment for Sanjel's five service lines, and headquarter Sanjel's industry-leading Research and Development department and corporate Quality Control division. The Research and Development department will focus on fulfilling our corporate Mission of pro-actively developing innovative solutions for the North American oil and gas industry. Using sophisticated laboratory technology, Sanjel's technical specialists will provide technical support needed in the field and expected by our customers. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year, the Technical Center will be a world-class institution focused on advanced product specialization, leading edge research and development, and ongoing fluid testing.
Fabrication and Maintenance Center - Sanjel's new Fabrication and Maintenance Center will provide 60,000 ft2 of technically advanced industrial space to facilitate our expanding equipment fabrication requirements and ongoing maintenance programs. Backed by a team of specialized design engineers and AutoCAD technicians, the new facility will enable Sanjel to build on our reputation as a leader in field performance, and meet our growing demands for quality purpose-built equipment. Sanjel's new Fabrication and Maintenance Center will be an invaluable resource to solidify our position as a leader in providing quality oilfield services.
Training Center - Sanjel's new 10,000 ft2 training facility will offer employees and customers industry training in all five of Sanjel's service lines. Qualified training professionals will provide participants with a broad range of operational and classroom instruction designed to further refine their knowledge and skills in the application of our services. The Training Center will incorporate leading-edge training tools and house state-of-the-art facilities to ensure a training experience second to none.
