Jim Hand

President and CEO of Kingston Midstream

Jim Hand is the President and CEO of Kingston Midstream. He has held the position since 2018.  Prior to Kingston, Jim held executive positions with ConocoPhillips, Laricina Energy, and Repsol Oil & Gas. He has over 40 years of industry experience, mostly in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry.  Before coming to Canada in 2008, Jim worked in Arctic Alaska, the North Sea, the Persian Gulf, the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico, and mid-Continent.  
Jim has served on CAPP’s Oil Sands and Conventional Executive Policy Groups and previously served on various local and global SPE committees. 

Jim has Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Alaska and the Province of Alberta
 

Lauchlan Currie

Co-Chair and Director of ARC Financial Corp.

Lauchlan Currie is the Co-Chair and Director of ARC Financial Corp. Lauchlan joined ARC in 1995 and is a geologist by background with over 30 years of investment experience in the Canadian energy industry. He has a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Calgary and is a registered Professional Geologist in Alberta. He provides leadership and strategic oversight at ARC Financial Corp., including investing strategy and investment decision-making process. He is a member of ARC’s Executive and Investment Committee. He currently represents ARC on the board of Sanjel Energy Services and Citadel Drilling Ltd. 

Pamela Wicks, Independent Director

VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Pulse Seismic Inc.

Pamela Wicks is the Chief Financial Officer of Pulse Seismic Inc. She has held the position since 2010, having served as the VP Finance from 2007, following nine years in the business as the Corporate Controller. 

Pamela has been instrumental as finance lead in Pulse’s significant efforts to consolidate the seismic data library business in Canada, making Pulse the largest seismic data library company in Canada. 

Pamela is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She also holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.  

Pamela has also used her finance knowledge to contribute to several non-profit organizations over the past decade as a board director, committee member and chair of the audit and finance committees. 

Regan Davis

Independent Businessman

Mr. Regan Davis is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of STEP Energy Services until his retirement on September 30, 2022. He was a co-founder and led the company through multiple acquisitions, expansion into the United States, and an initial public offering. Mr. Davis has an extensive resume with energy service as well as exploration and production companies including management and board positions. He was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the year in 2006, 2014 and 2017. Mr. Davis holds an ICD.D designation and has held board positions with various public, private, and charitable organizations.

Carl Levitt

Vice-President, ARC Financial Corp.

Carl Levitt provides business analysis and analytical support relating to ARC’s investing activities. He is responsible for monitoring portfolio investments, evaluating new investment opportunities, financial modeling and benchmarking. Carl currently represents ARC on Advanced Upstream Ltd. and Sanjel Energy Services Inc boards. 

Carl joined ARC in 2018 with prior experience in the artificial lift sector with leading multinational service companies. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University, a Master of Business Administration from the Haskayne School of Business, is a Professional Engineer and a CFA Charterholder. 

Murray Bickley

President & Chief Executive Officer, Sanjel Energy Services Inc.

Murray Bickley has more than 31 years of experience in the energy services industry in Canadian and International markets. Murray has held several senior leadership roles in operations, sales and strategic marketing throughout his career, including senior positions with one of the largest energy services firms in the world.
